Shaping and sharing perspectives from coaching in Africa

Over the last decade I have had the privilege to support the leadership trajectory of many professionals across the African continent; starting with my own country, Zambia. Through these engagements and encounters I found and continue to define my own identity as an African coach supporting and serving a global agenda in organizations. I have learnt to reorient the frame of my western training to serve the sponsor, the client and our environment better.
In this session I will share my experiences navigating cultural systems in the coaching process.
- Initiated the development of a professional coaching network in Zambia, expanding to pan-African roles, including being the first board Chair of the Africa Executive Coaching Council
- Actively engaged in documenting and sharing executive coaching thought leadership in Africa
