Who should attend the conference?

Black Voices in Coaching Research Conference was intentionally developed as a tangible response to the 2021 call to action by Roche and Passmore. The Black Voices in Coaching Research Conference is intentionally designed to actively contribute to this call by providing a platform for meaningful and bold dialogue, sharing valuable cross-cultural knowledge and cultivating actionable strategies for the global empowerment of all Black academics, coachers, researchers and not just those located within westernised contexts. By addressing the challenges outlined in the call to action, this conference aspires to catalyse positive change, advocating for a more inclusive and representative academic coaching community, and global coaching ecosystem.
